That's me filling my bottle with water from a spigot in a park. Spigots are pretty common in Rome. You can find them in parks, near some monuments.
The water is perfectly safe to drink. From what I've read, Rome has some of the best drinking water in the world. (Oh yeah, and so does Chicago. So people, quit buying bottled water. It's all good!)
